I love Japan and would certainly love to visit and learn about japanese culture as i have always wanted to since i was young. I used to learn japanese in school but that was a while ago now and i kinda forgot all that stuff. ^^"
Btw, Im from the wonderful land down under (australia) although we seem to be getting hammered by alot of fires around the country atm. >< Kinda sux but luckily they are getting under control now. I think it has been on the news all over the world.

Haha yeah, ive noticed the big ones seem to be good. Especially the ones with the actual screens on them, but they indeed are too expensive. ^^" Maybe something that is financially affordable to me would work better. XD
Bamboo's seem to be the common ones. I saw a range of them at the Animania Expo here in Sydney, but they seemed too expensive at the time, but i couldnt really distinguish the big ones from the smaller ones. =P They were in their packaging after all, but the one the demonstrator was using was quite big.

Let's see... My fav animes... Hmm I've seen a lot (big list on my page) but Fullmetal Alchemist was one of my first and favorites that I got obsessed with, but HunterxHunter is also one of my top ones too (old school, but classic and very good shounen). But Miyazaki's movies are my all time favs, with Nausicaa, Laputa, and Princess Mononoke being my favorites by him.

Yay, FF10! My first was FF7 so it has a special place in my heart, but FF10 comes pretty darn close, almost tied. I think if I played FF10 first, I would love it the most though.

Yea, I know what you mean. People rip lots... I had to apply a watermark pattern on my sig graphics on dA to protect them somewhat. I've caught some wallpaper thieves (the bamboo wall I made) and got them banned, so I know all about that. XD Yes, with more popularity, the more chances of it getting stolen. (sad but true...) But if it's pretty popular you can gain loyal fans who look out for you and stuff like that, which is how I caught the thief I mentioned above. (someone told me about it, I don't know if they took any action, but I sure did.)

It can just be some sort of small fanlisting group or something similar to that. A lot of the groups here an inactive anyway. I see like a bunch of members, but then when i see the threads, they're all locked and the last post is like from 1-2years ago. xD

Yeah, I agree. Ffx-2 left a bad taste in my mouth. I could only play it once, cause getting 100% irritated me beyond belief. But FF10 is wonderful. I've played it countless times cause I love it.
It's so pretty (graphics and music) and I love the tragic love story.

Yeah, the only thing that is kind of stopping me from getting the tablet atm is the cost. They seem to be really expensive where i live so i am gonna have to be saving up a bit if i want any chance of getting one.
Every time i go to get one, i seem to get hit with paying for other stuff like bills (yuck) and stuff.

They seem a bit complicated to use at first but i guess practice makes perfect. ~_~

Hehe, I'm a final fantasy fan actually. I played 6, 7, 9, 10, and 12. (Didn't finish 6 though)

Oh, and as for that FF13 group, I'm not too informed of FF13 info as of yet, but if the game ever comes out I'll most likely become obsessed and want to join.
I'm not much of a dedicated group member (I don't have many current groups, and I'm not particularly active in them), so I don't know if my joining will make that much of a difference, but if it doesn't hurt to join, then I'm cool with it. :)

Ahh, when you put it that way, with vectors being direct traces, I understand what you mean. :) (But I always tried to incorporate some kind of brushwork on my vectors to make them more unique.) I usually make backgrounds (as in my traditional stuff), but in my previous walls I was still learning how to use my tablet so I was feeling lazy to make full backgrounds with limited tablet experience. With more exp I should be able to make more. XD (course the file size gets huge and laggy...I'm going to have to free up my disk space.)
OAA walls may just be something I could do! I always wanted to make a wall with bamboo, but I could never find a scan that "fits". So an original character may just be the solution. :) Thanks for the suggestion!
